TPD have been building spec homes in the Overberg & within a 100km radius of that area since 1998 and Leisure Park which was established in 2003 has 72 luxury homes designed & built exclusively by TPD.

TPD are one of the few local companies that specialise in heritage home renovations and adhere to strict legal renovation guidelines involved in preserving our historical buildings in the Overberg.
